Chronomatic Anomaly, as you may have guessed, is encounter that speeds and slows down time. As a result; your cooldowns, movement speed, dots and almost everything else you can think of is effected. Sadly we didn't get that much time on this encounter but it does appear that just like Trilliax, he'll be tested again in the future.
