Mulberry Tea is supposed to be supper healthy for you to drink. I've been trying it this last week and already notice effects on my blood sugar levels. I've been a diabetic for 18 yrs and so far I am convinced that it does help lower the absorption of carbohydrates which give you blood sugar spikes after eating.
As always do your own research before trying it, talk with a doctor. If you are diabetic take caution while trying it because it can give you low blood sugars and it is harder to get
